Do you need an associate or a contract trainer to design, create and/or deliver training to your teams or customers? Either for a project or on an ad hoc basis? Or have you developed a software product but need someone to create a training plan and resources for your customers?
With more than 26 years’ of experience in software training and support, I have worked with companies ranging in size from three to 3000 employees. Software makes sense to me and I learned early in my career that I have a gift for putting people at ease and explaining systems in a non-geeky, human way that makes it easy to understand.
My work with you could be a short-term solution during a busy time. I learn and understand software quickly, so can be trained up and on hand to train others as and when you have the demand. This could be as often as running a two-day course twice a month, to running a three-day course four times a year. Pincus Solutions has developed training documentation, presentations, eLearning, check lists and post-event resources and I would be happy to work with you to build the tools you need now and moving forward.
