I offer a full or partial project management service, from scoping and planning to deployment and adoption, with experience in running gap analysis, user acceptance testing, training and support. I’m a great driver of a project and keep momentum going, while not being afraid of challenging situations and with the ability to handle difficult subjects. I am also organised and structured with a focus on detail, giving clients the confidence to hand over the reins while remaining a key stakeholder in the project. I believe that communication is vital but, importantly, should be kept relevant to the audience with the right delivery format and content.

Finding the right person to trust with your project is essential for your confidence and the project’s success, which is why I offer all potential clients the opportunity to meet and talk through their requirements, to learn how I work and how my skills and approach would benefit their organisation.
