Hi, I'm Chris.
Since 1996 I've worked in and around technology in just about every capacity going. Helpdesk, training room, project lead, product owner, consultant. That breadth is what makes me useful.
I'm brought in when something needs to improve but hasn't quite been defined yet, when a system needs implementing but no one has the bandwidth, or when a team needs training that actually lands. I work across the full journey, from initial discovery to delivery and everything in between.
I don't take commission from vendors, which means whatever I recommend is genuinely right for you.
I work collaboratively, I pay close attention to the details, and delivering well is the baseline. How people feel along the way matters just as much to me.
